Assignment status change through HDL for already terminated employees

I have a requirement For the bulk of employees who are already terminated and want to change all of their assignment status from INACTIVE_payroll eligible to INActive_No payroll through HDL(HCM DATA LOADER).

Can anyone share the HDL Template for the above mentioned query.
