Oracle Database 19c: Doc ID 2010976.1 -> Refresh MView With Out Of Place True causes loss of GRANTS

Dear all,

I'm currently facing the issue that described error in Doc ID 2010976.1 still exists using the Oracle Database 19c.

I'm using Oracle Database 19.13 - nevertheless the GRANTS are lost after refreshing the MVs.

My current workaround is after refreshing the MVs executing the GRANT permissions again....

Inside the Doc ID 2010976.1 the Patch 20459944 shall be applied - sadly enough this patch is only for Oracle 12c (12.1)....

Any ideas?
