No 12.2.0.1 Database Windows Jan 2022 release?

No Windows Bundle Patch is listed in the availability document for the January 2022 quarterly patches. Instead it points to a patch from last month. This is fine, 12.2.0.1 is in limited error correction, etc., but:

Does this mean that Oracle is done with releasing 12.2.0.1 Windows Bundle Patches?

The Windows Bundle Patches 12.2.0.1 Known Issues document (Doc ID 2408534.1) lists one known issue that will be corrected in Jan2022 onwards. Is this correction included in the patch from last year?
