Kit Fields post 9.0

We are on 9.2 and I'm wondering about the Kit Integrity section of document 625682.1. There are two sections, pre 9.0 and post 9.0. I'm wondering post 9.0 if all the fields are supposed to be populated (7 total) or just the two fields KITID and (in certain situations) KITDIRTY?

In other words, are the two new fields IN ADDITION TO the others, or do they REPLACE the others for kit analysis/troubleshooting? I find the wording in the document unclear.
