Does the Electronic Receipt Input feature support processing G/L Receipts

Can the Electronic Receipt Input feature of E1 (F03B13Z1/F03B14Z1) be used to import/process G/L Receipts or does it only support importing receipts to be matched to Customers and Customer Invoices? I would like to be able to import (CSV flat file) batches of G/L-only receipts (miscellaneous receipts that are not customer or invoice related) to create and post to the G/L.
