Unable to present snapmirror Luns to esxi cluster as RDM

Hi,

We are migrating our DR to another datacenter. The current DR has 3 oracle RAC clusters. All of them are on Physical Servers. In the new Datacenter, the Oracle RAC Servers will be VM. We have a 180 TB database and unfortunately rman backup/restore will not work so we are using Netapp Snapmirror to copy. The replication is working fine from the current datacenter to the new datacenter. So as a test we broke one snapmirror lun and tried to present it to esxi cluster as RDM and it does not recognize it. Has anyone done this before or
