How does everyone handle the National Medical Support Notice dependents and ACA Reporting?

Previously, due to strict privacy policies for these dependents, we ended up just deleting them from the 1095-C. We have redacted these dependents in the system to easily identify them with the same name. We have input the actual dependent information in the Dep Rider section.

This year, we have been instructed to redact information other than the first initial and last name pertaining to a child covered under an NMSN. The copy that is sent to the IRS should not be redacted.

Has anyone dealt with the strict privacy policies related to the National Medical Support Notice where the parent that covers the Health insurance isn't allowed any dependent information and how have you handled that within PeopleSoft? ACA Reporting?
