Why are Asset Type "CIP" not posting?

I have loaded CIP assets via FBDi. However, when I attempt to post these using "Post Mass Additions" they are not being picked up by the report and the job is completing successfully. The log file just states no records picked up and no records processed. Can you tell me why this is the case?
