Permissions on work package

Hello everyone,

I would like to manage permissions on CBS rows within a shell. I thought about using work package (A work package is a group of cost sheet rows that is a subset of the project or shell cost sheet). But I don't know if we can manage permissions on a work package.

Do you have an idea ?

Does the "Vendor" in work package properties which is link to the company partner will allow us to manage permissions through company partner users ?
