SBC not processing sip-interface hmr when realm hmr added.

I created an HMR to reject SUBSCRIBES with a 405 in certain cases. I applied this to one of the realms and after its applied, REGISTER messages start having a route header added which is resulting in registration failures.

EDIT*I found there is an out HMR against the sip-interface that has a header rule to delete the route header. When i add the hmr to the realm the SBC appears to stop hitting the sip-interface HMR.

Are you not allowed to have outbound HMRs against both the realm and sip-interface?
