How-to add disks for oda x7-2m

Hello

today, our Oracle partner tried to increase our oda x7-2m storage from base system to full system. They tried to add six nvme disks.

1st oda : disks plugged one by one. 

Once the 4th is plugged => reboot server.

The 2 last disks were plugged after the reboot.


Now we have following situation :

    pd_00      /dev/nvme0n1  NVD       ONLINE     Good

    pd_01      /dev/nvme1n1  NVD       ONLINE     Good

    pd_02      /dev/nvme5n1  NVD       UNKNOWN     NewDiskInserted

    pd_03      /dev/nvme4n1  NVD       UNKNOWN     NewDiskInserted

    pd_04      /dev/nvme3n1  NVD       UNKNOWN     NewDiskInserted

    pd_05      /dev/nvme2n1  NVD       UNKNOWN     NewDiskInserted
