force listener registration.. how to

dbua upgrade ok. One problem is the listener registration. On this server grid infrastructure runs, oracle restart,with

the listener from grid home registering all the databases. Couldn't get this to go with dbua. Forced me to create a 19c

listener out of 19c oracle home. Registration happened there. So now I have 2 listeners one out of grid home handling

9 dbs and one 9c listener out of the 9c home handling the upgraded db. Want the grid listener handle everything.

How do I do it?
