Reorder Shipping Transaction Form

Using the following details described in the link below, I attempted to reorder the Delivery tab by ITEM_NAME but to no avail. Through forms personalization, I was able to rename the column header to ensure I had the correct field but it fails to ORDER_BY.

Enter 'Block' in 'Object Type', 'DLVB' in 'Target Object', 'ORDER_BY' in 'Property Name'

Enter DELIVERY_ID (ITEM_NAME) asc in VALUE field


Does the particular form not allow REORDER_BY?
