19.13c to 19.14c

Hello -

We have the following Enterprise Edition, release:

Database Release Update : 19.13.0.0.211019 (Linux x86-64)

I wanted to know if we could apply the 19.14 RU (patch 33515361) directly to this. From the docs it appears we can, but i'm not used to applying what looks like a major version upgrade.

It's different with Oracle 12.2.x RU's as it only updates the least significant release number. But with 19c it appears to update the 2nd numeric value in the release.
