PDB level backup use cases after dropping the pluggable database

Oracle 19c (19.13)

Could anyone explain to me the use cases of a PDB level backup that has been taken while database is open read write mode..?

As I've understood, all the redo logs are CDB level. So whenever CDB is open read write, you cannot restore any PDB level backups to this container, am I right..?

So for example. CDB open read write, this CDB has 2 PDBs (pdb1, pdb2) in read write mode. I take full backup of only pdb2.

I cannot think of a single use case for that "full_pdb_backup_file".
