JD Edwards Deleting data from Finance tables
Hi,
I am the only JD Edwards consultant in my project working as CNC. Need Financial suggestion here.
Recently Few companies have sold out from one region, all these data are stored under single database. We need to delete the sold out companies data from our database. In our project only JD Edwards General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed asset module is used.
- Which option is better ?deleting it from front-end or through backend database?
- Does deleting these records will affect the existing companies records as these are financial record, also anything else to consider while deleting these records?
