Cannot able to select Constrained Planning under the Supply Planning type in Supply Plan

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello All,

The field to select the Planning type is been freezed as Unconstrained Planning under the oracle Fusion Supply chain Planning do I need to have some roles, access, or any profile option to activate it?

Please suggest any solution for the same.
