EFTLink 20 and Xstore 20 communication issue

I am trying to set this up for the first time. 


Xstore finds my EFTLink server, but communicates with a TCP socket (not TLS). I can see XML documents being sent from Xstore to EFTLink, but EFTLink server appears to reject the non-TLS traffic. 


I have the JKS files from the EFTLink CreateKeys.sh script. The documentation says to copy them to the Xstore application, but it does not offer any more detail than that.

Nothing I've tried has helped. I'm only working for now with the assumption that my problem is that it cannot find the JKS files.
