TAX810IL (Quarterly Wage File) - ICESA File Issue

The TAX810IL.SQR (Quarterly Wage File) process produces ICESA File. However, when we try to upload the file to the state website is not accepting ICESA File and it is looking for a CSV file. Is anyone else having the same issue?
