Long running concurrent request issue

Hi Team,


Our environment is EBS 12.1.3 and database version is 12.1.0.2 on RHEL 7.9.

I have one report which runs so long and it finishes after several hours with an error. This report is really complex, it does several aggregations.

I have traced its execution and found out these lines:
