Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We created an IGT Project, then Pulled an Order in to associate the Project

We created an IGT Project, then Pulled an Order in to associate the Project however, the associate project page is not able to pull the project.

the project is in executed status
the association of the project is possible from Project super user responsibility by the same user.
There is some function that is missing in our user responsibility that Super user has.
Can some one assist why i am unable to associate a project to a new order?
