Depot Repair - Adding Logistic Lines to existing Sales Order

At times, a Sales Order will need to be created with an expense item before the RMA gets created. How can the logistics lines from Depot Repair be added to the pre-existing booked Sales Order. The Add to Sales Order Field does not have the SO in the LOVs to select.
