Completed Inventory Counts getting deleted from XCenter's inv_count_sheet_lineitm table

Hi,

Xstore v19.0.1.0.194

Issue:

We are facing an issue where inv_count_sheet_lineitm  data for count_status='COMPLETE' is gets deleted from XCenter's inv_count_sheet_lineitm table.

Observation:

The data only gets deleted from the inv_count_sheet_lineitm table of XCenter only after all stores complete their cycle count of that count_id.

We check the replication logs to find out if xstore is sending delete queries for this table but we didn't find any traces of that, even in the replication queue.

In the case of this count_id '500 White Rum', all stores completed their count so data is gone for this count_id form inv_count_sheet_lineitm (for XCenter only still present in Store DB)
