svc:/system/sstore:default (Statistics Store Daemon) in maintenance mode after reboot

Has anyone seen this error before, wondering whether to rebuild the statistics store first as it seems to be complaining about the format of the repo - [ 2022 Jan 25 13:01:29 sstore: Repo version unsupported 0 != 6 ] before logging a call with oracle for this issue.
