Price Effective Date change when editing sales order created from quote

One Quote Order created on date 01/23/22 systems assigns price effective date 01/23/22 as for system constants setup (Transaction Date TRDJ). If we create a Sales Order from Quote through P420111 on a future day, let's say 01/25/22, the system respect the price effective date from the quote (01/23/22), but if we edit this sales order, the system change and assigns the day of the sales order creation 01/25/22.

Is that an standar behavior?
