Can Open PO with Line status as Cancelled be brought to Oracle through Conversion in Oracle Cloud?

Hi,

We have a requirement to bring Open PO with PO Line status as Cancelled. Does system allows to bring Cancelled PO Lines of an Open PO to Oracle Cloud during Conversion?
