Why is the Budget department is not showing up on budget reports?

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question

In Oracle EBS R12.2.7 . The department and budget is reflected in General Ledger however the department is not showing up on any budget reports. Is there a process that should be ran to update the budget so that the department and budget expenditure is reflected on budgeting reports?
