Invoice Transaction Flexfield R12.2.10

I have setup both Invoice Transaction Flexfield and Line Transaction Flexfield. When I run AutoInvoice, the Line Transaction Flexfield values are populated at the header and not the actual header values. I am not sure how to fix this issue.
