Cannot find the line type for the service activity billing type ID

in Field Service - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentQuestion

Hi,

We are trying to enable multi org in our application. Below are the changes made at responsibility level

HR: Security Profile.

Service: Restrict Operating Unit by MOAC (updated it to Yes)

The other values like service default operating unit, MO: Operating Unit, MO: Security Profile

all are untouched.


If i switch Service: Restrict Operating Unit by MOAC to No everything works fine but when i update it to Yes (which we want it to be) i keep getting


Cannot find the line type for the service activity billing type ID for all Travel, Labor & Material lines.


Did not touch Multi Org setup as the default sequence logically holds good for us.
