Benefit Deduction Summary (BN_DEDN_SUMMARY) Record

We are on PS 9.2 Image 19, PT 8.57 using Payroll for North America and I want to use BN_DEDN_SUMMARY for a report request. I think it will be more efficient than using the paycheck records. When I view the benefit summary (Benefits, Review Employee Benefits, Current Benefits Summary, Benefit Deduction Summary), I am able to see the elected plans, deductions and amounts. I found in App Designer that BN_DEDN_SUMMARY is the source record for this page, however, when I query BN_DEDN_SUMMARY, it does not return any records. Same results running in SQL developer. There
