Supplier Address Sequence Number Update

A new address has been address to the supplier as Address ID 4. We need this address to be defaulted for all orders to this supplier. Is it possible to do update/swap the address sequence number? Please refer to the screenshot.

More Info: As of now the order picks add seq num 1 by default. We want the above new address to picked for the orders to this supplier. Is add seq num update to 1 an option or is there any other way to do that?

Additionally, procurement options on the supplier are updated to use address 4 for ordering but the PO still picks 1. Is this a bug? Please refer to attached image
