jdelog.properties needs to be synchronized

Hi,

Our SVM is stating, The following file(s) are out of date and will be synchronized: jdelog.properties.

I followed the steps in this document, SVM: Synchronize Configuration Warning (Doc ID 2462053.1), but it fails to synchronize. I tried this with the instance running and stopped.

Get this Error:

  1. Could not update remote configuration files for instance NAME Verify that the WebLogic configuration is not locked. This may also be caused when one or more servers of a cluster is not running. Make sure the configuration is not locked and all the servers in the cluster are running and perform the sychronization again. Check logs for root cause. Exception invoking method updateApplicationFiles
