GoldenGate 19c Patching with Classic Oracle Integrated Extracts

So yesterday I applied the latest patchset using OPatch. I stopped all of the extracts and replicats and the manager, and the patching went OK.

However, 7 of the extracts failed to start afterwards. I ended up having to restore archivelogs back a long ways. Something which given how long it took would be unacceptable in our production environment.

So the question is, how can I tell if this behavior is going to happen, and how can I prevent this behavior from happening.

After everything had caught up last night, I manually ran SEND EXTRACT E* BR BRCHECKPOINT IMMEDIATE, but here's info from one of the extracts that failed:
