3C Data Source Query not found

I am trying to set up a new 3C and my data source query isn't showing up when I try to add it to my Data Source Map ID. I have confirmed that the query is public and available to the user that the 3C is running under. I also confirmed it contains the core record for the administrative function (function: strm; core record: stdnt_car_term) and there are prompts in the data source query for each of the key fields in the query. I haven't been able to find any other explanations for this issue. Please advise!
