When creating payment groups with R04570, it shows a ******** K70E11 Payee City is not setup error

in Financial - JDE1 (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

We are creating a payment group with SEPA instrument control program R704001 and shows the following error:

******** K70E11 Payee City is not setup

Cheking processing options in both R704001 and P744001 object, non of them shows a control for City field

Beside, city field in adress book is not mandatory.

is this new for 9.2.5.4 tool release in JD Edwards?
