Essbase 21c - can we turn on SSL after configuration is complete?

We are moving from having Essbase as part of EPM, where we used the bundled OHS as an SSL-offloader, to Essbase 21c. SSL configuration (Secure Mode) was not turned ON during configuration due to uncertainty. Not sure if rerunning the configurator to turn this ON is a good idea, so short of redoing the product, is there a way we can configure the product to communicate using SSL? Online searches have not yielded documentation for this.
