Unable to change Parent Item Class to Root Item Class

in CRM On Demand - Web Services Integration (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

I am trying to change Parent Item class for existing Item Class into Root Item Class but I can not change it.

Is there any method to change it's Parent Item Class Into Root Item Class or to delete that Item Class and create another Item Class under Root Item Class?
