Patch 33754201 failed in our EBS 19c multitenant + goldengate 19.4

Quite miserably too I might add. Note 2193391.1 listed it as a recommended patch for RDBMS 19.14 + goldengate so we applied it. The extract would process a few bytes per minute and after 24 hours we rolled it back and then when we restarted DB/ggate it caught up in less than a minute. Be cautious if you are applying this in 19.14 multi-tenant+goldengate environment.
