Missing buttons in KFF Form

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC)

When trying to verify the segments for a KFF in Oracle Applications ver 12.2.10, I am unable to invoke a list of segments for a KFF from the form since the buttons are missing. I do have my credentials Flexfield Value Set Security: All privileges assigned. But still could not see those buttons.

Could someone help me decipher the issue? Thanks in advance.
