Getting kicked out of PeopleSoft when selecting the Manage Position Fluid Tile?

Has anyone experienced getting kicked out of PeopleSoft when selecting the Manage Position Fluid Tile? I have added all of the required security, even used all delivered roles, reviewed all the Portal pages, gave security to the Dashboard, and gave security to the Activity Guide. Is there something I am missing?
