Tax Form W4-P

Does anyone produce 1099R's from EBS? If so, how do you get your pensioners to fill out the Tax Form when Oracle doesn't currently support form W4-P. I have an Idea submitted and so far I only have one person who voted on it besides myself. I'm trying to gather more votes as well as see what workarounds other EBS customers have implemented.
