11g EXPDP skipping BLOB data

Hi,

I am trying to export from an old client environment.

Oracle: 11.2.0.3.0 OS: Windows Server2008 R2

Whenever I do an export (full, schema or table) the column containing the BLOB is empty. The estimate export is over 30GB with the actual being 281MB. I am spinning my wheels at this point. Tried as SYS, SYSTEM and Schema Owner.

Basic Command: E:\migration>expdp SCHEMA_OWNER/PASS@SID logfile=ross_test.log dumpfile=ross_file_test.dmp directory=MIG tables=SCHEMA.FILE_SEND
