Tab not visible in front end

We have an issue wherein a tab 'Forward Sales' is missing from Activity section in one of the environments however with same config and domain data, tab is visible in other environment.

I have already checked Taskflow.xml configuration file on both environments and 'Forward Sales' is present in both of them.


Can you please help suggest what possibly is going wrong in here as I am unable to rectify it.
