How to use wsh_deliveries_pub.delivery_action for Picking using Pick Rule

Hello All

We want to perform API based picking. Currently, we are using wsh_deliveries_pub.delivery_action but, it is not considering the Picking on the basis of Pick Rules(Pick from Subinventory to Staging Subinventory) . Everytime, it stages the items in the Default Staging Subinventory defined under Shipping Parameters.

Please suggest a way to perform the Picking using API on the basis of Pick Rule, so that Items is Staged into the Subinventory as per the Pick Rule Setup.
