Upgrading 12.2 to 19c

I was using dbua to upgrade my production database from 12.2 to 19c on a Redhat Linux. In the middle of the upgrade, the server rebooted. Can I restart the upgrade from the beginning as one can when opatch fails while applying Security patch using opatchauto?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
