system upgarde to EBS12.2.10

Hi

We are going to upgarde our system from Oracle EBS 12.1.3 to Oracle EBS12.2.10 .

I wonder if all features will be exist in upgrade system even if we dont request them while implementing for upgrade progress . or we have to request to implement new features during upgrade progress.

I will be grateful if anyone could clarify more
