Siebel as Service in Oracle Cloud

Hello Experts,

We are using the Siebel 20.x in our own environment, now wanted to use the latest Siebel 22.x version, we do have plan to upgrade the Siebel server. Before doing upgrade on own server, I wanted to check that, do we have any Siebel server as service (ready to use ) in Oracle Cloud? if its there it can save our time.

If Oracle cloud providing this facilities, it will be really great if you redirect me or give me some pointer to start on this as I am pretty new for Oracle cloud.
