Using Create Additional Pay For Future Bonuses
Has anyone used the create additional pay page for future dated bonuses? For instance, a new hire receives a sign-on bonus then 6 or 12 months later gets another bonus. Or, sometimes an employee will receive a bonus 3-4 times during the year. Or, upon hire you get $X. Then if you stay for 1 year, you get $X. if you stay for another year you get $X.
Currently we're tracking all of the future bonuses in a spreadsheet, which could then get missed or entered wrong. We didn’t know if: 1) create additional pay could be used to future date; or 2) is there some other place that bonuses could be entered (also future dated) so they would be caught without having to maintain a spreadsheet.
