Text file attachment option is not showing in Edge, Mozilla and chrome

Hi All,

Users are complaining that they are not able to see text file attachment option in all browsers except internet explorer 11 which is obsolete now, is there any bug in 9.2.4.6 TR.

JDE E1 9.2.4.6 Windows platform.
