After upgrading to EM13R5 logj4 errors

I am using the EM13CR5 running on linux redhat enterprise r7 with a 19.14 repository

I upgraded the cloud control enterprise manager from em13cr4 to em13cr5 - it is running well but in the logs while upgrading I got the following errors:

log4j:ERROR A "org.apache.log4j.RollingFileAppender" object is not assignable to a "org.apache.log4j.Appender" variable.

log4j:ERROR The class "org.apache.log4j.Appender" was loaded by 

log4j:ERROR [java.net.URLClassLoader@4fb529de] whereas object of type 

log4j:ERROR "org.apache.log4j.RollingFileAppender" was loaded by [sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader@75b84c92].
